Delivery
- Shipping costs will be reduced to €0.01 for all orders over €50.
- The order will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days following validation of the order.
- There is no treatment on public holidays. For orders placed on Friday, processing and delivery to the post office will take place the following Monday.
- The products will be delivered by postal parcel “colissimo” to the postal delivery address indicated by the buyer when ordering.
- Delivery will take place depending on postal times.

Return conditions
- In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has a period of 15 days from receipt of the delivered products to exercise his right of withdrawal. If the buyer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must make the request by email to boutique.biblio@mdsfrance.fr , where the terms and conditions will then be provided to him.
- When the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the following working day.
- Return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Only the price of products purchased, delivered and returned within 15 days will be reimbursed by MDS, on behalf of Bibli'O; Products returned by the buyer late, incomplete, damaged or damaged in any way will not be taken back or refunded.
- The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the returned product(s).
