Welcoming the excluded

Bob Ekblad

As Peter and John go to the temple after Pentecost, their path crosses that of a cripple from birth who appeals to their compassion. Peter's surprising response ("I have neither silver nor gold; but what I have I give to you: by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazorean, arise and walk!") and the miracle that follows serve as a basis for the author in his reflection on the responses to be made to exclusion.
Through theoretical and practical teaching based on his own testimony to rejected people (prisoners, undocumented families, homeless people, drug addicts, poor workers) and on biblical examples, the author invites us to respect, and to engage the relationship to allow these people to escape exclusion and enter into the company of those who had previously excluded them.

Feedback from a bookseller :
"I recommend that you read this book, in which I found no faults: the anecdotes told from other perspectives strongly encourage faith in the miracles of Jesus: nothing is impossible for God, nor even complicated geopolitics. and pressure from drug cartels. Bob Ekblad and his team launched a perma-culture farm that allows the reintegration of prisoners.
