Ce poème composé de 33 chants est une ode à Dieu et à sa Création. Il célèbre l’homme, la mémoire, l’innocence... Les vers de l’auteur sont enrichis par des images bibliques et des rencontres réelles faites dans les quartiers de Valparaiso et de Santiago du Chili au cours de ses différents voyages. Ces « mots d’homme » descendent sur la page comme une pluie légère qui la recouvre ; rafraîchis, nous apprenons à aimer toute chose sur la Terre.
