ABOUT THE AUTHOR :
Author and preacher, John Bunyan (1628-1688) is best known for his great classic “The Pilgrim's Progress”, published in French under the title “Le Voyage du Pèlerin”. John Bunyan wrote this timeless tale in 1678 while an inmate in Bedfordshire Gaol. The Pilgrim's Journey is considered the precursor of the novel and one of the most widely read works of fiction of all time. Since its first edition in 1678, this work has been read by 250 million people and translated into more than 200 languages. In French, this great classic was adapted into a manga (2017) and a cartoon (2019).
