• Shipping costs will be reduced to €0.01 for all orders over €50.
  
• The order will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days following validation of the order.
  
• There is no treatment on public holidays. For orders placed on Friday, processing and delivery to the post office will take place the following Monday.
  
• The products will be delivered by postal parcel “colissimo” to the postal delivery address indicated by the buyer when ordering.

• When the 15-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the following working day.
  
• Return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Only the price of products purchased, delivered and returned within 15 days will be reimbursed by MDS, on behalf of Bibli'O; Products returned by the buyer late, incomplete, damaged or damaged in any way will not be taken back or refunded.
  
• The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the returned product(s).
