ABOUT THE AUTHOR :

For his 18th birthday, Serge Hubert receives a guitar as a gift. He begins to strum his first chords. His guitar accompanies him everywhere, on camp, on trips and even in class! Serge becomes a school teacher. One day, a meeting with Jesus turns his life upside down. His ambition becomes: “To know God and to make him known”. He then composed his first songs in which he shared his faith. Her passion for children takes her on several humanitarian trips. From these experiences, he draws inspiration to write stories that convey hope. His musical tale “Pierre and his Hot Air Balloon” immerses us in the world of a little orphan in search of the land of the Adopted.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR:

Elvine, illustrator and graduate of the Emile Cohl art school in Lyon, fell into a can of paint when she was little. Since then, she has been active in the press, in publishing and during school presentations to talk about her profession that she loves so much. She likes to navigate between illustration, comics and painting, and has published around fifteen albums. Also a full-time mother, she draws inspiration from her daily life and her strength from her Creator who ensures that she never lacks anything.
